Demolition, new construction, remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Tumwater, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the remodel of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the construction of a municipal facility.

The project will include interior demolition, office construction with upgraded HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, etc All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five (5%) of the amount of such Bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Remodel Building #3 located at 2915 29th Ave SW in Tumwater to provide secure office and workspace for the Auditor's Office Voter Registration Services Center. This renovated area will provide about 7,500 square feet of office space which includes a public customer service counter. There is an additional 2,500 square feet designated for seasonal support during the actual election events. The project will include interior demolition, office construction with upgraded HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, etc. ESTIMATED COST RANGE: The Engineering Estimate for this project is estimated to be $1.8M – $2.0M.
