Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lacey, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This contract provides for construction of a modern roundabout to include pavement rehabilitation, private utilities, storm water, water, sewer, illumination, landscaping and other work The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for five percent of the amount of the proposal made payable to the City Treasurer, or an approved bid bond for five percent of the amount of the proposal executed on the approved form attached to these specifications. The range for this project is $2,500000 to $3,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
