Bid Package #1 Partnership Building 11 - 3rd Floor Amenity Space - Project consists of interior finishes of a shell space. The space is approximately 10,700 SF. The project is for a tenant infill in the (3) story Partnership Building 11 shell building currently under construction. The tenant (WSIA) will occupy the west half of the third floor. This project also includes the completion of the third floor public hall and restrooms. Work includes: Elevated Patio Pavers, Architectural Millwork & Tops (Supply), Architectural Millwork & Tops (Install), Shelving Units (Supply & Install), Fireplace (Supply & Install), Framing, Finish Carpentry , Roofing (penetrations), Door Assemblies (Supply), Door Assemblies (Install), Storefront Glass & Glazing Including Films, Gypsum & Ceiling Assemblies, Flooring & Wall Tile, Painting & Wallcoverings, Specialties, Signage, Window Treatments, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm System, Access Control, Audio Visual Including Controls. Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds will be required by the lowest responsible bidder for any bid over $100,000.
