Furnish labor, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment, transportation, temporary construction and special or occasional services as required to install all sports equipment. GSi Project No. 22W1 093.01 Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Contractor is responsible for the purchase and installation of all sports equipment. Project Location: 1845 Fairmount, Wichita, KS 67260-0047 The Owner shall be entitled to liquidated damages to cover the costs of alternate facilities, extra observation, the salaries of contingent forces and other expenses incurred by the Owner due to delays in completion of the work caused by the Contractor. Liquidated damages shall be assessed in an amount per day as indicated below for each calendar day between the adjusted contract completion date and the date of substantial completion of the project. After substantial completion if final project completion is not achieved prior to the adjusted contract completion date the Contractor shall pay for the Project Architect/Engineer's services; see Document D, Article 23 M. The above amounts shall be deducted from the contract by contract change order prior to final payment. Such change order will not require approval of the Contractor.
