The Town of Henderson is Seeking Written Bid Proposals to Perform Construction Management Services for a Street and Stormwater Management Upgrade Project in the Town of Henderson. The Town-owned Streets Included in the Project Are Bell, Cook and Mill Streets. This Project is Funded With Federal Community Development Block Grant Funds From the Dept. Of Housing and Urban Development and is Subject to Federal Labor Standards Which Includes Davis -bacon Wage Rates, Baba Requirements and Section 3 Requirements. Section 3 Business Concerns as Well as Minority and Women Owned Businesses Are Encouraged to Apply. Questions About the Project May Be Directed to the Henderson Circuit Rider, Jeannette Delude, at Jdelude@mrdc.net, or via Phone at 443-786-0329. Each Bidder Must Deposit With the Bid, Security in the Amount, Form and Subject to Conditions Provided in the Information for Bidders Packet. The Commissioners of Henderson Will Award a Contract to the Proposal That Best Fits Their Needs and Budget and Reserve the Right to Refuse Any and All Proposals and to Waive Any Informalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
