Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Wheeler, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The Nehalem Bay Health District (NBHD) is soliciting proposals from experienced Construction Managers-General Contractors (CM/GC) capable of completing the proposed Nehalem Bay Health District Health Center and Pharmacy project The project is located at Highway 101 and Hospital Road, Wheeler, OR 97147. NBHD intends to build a new, two story, approximately 16,400 square foot Health Center and Pharmacy. Services occupying space in this new building will include a new retail pharmacy, clinical spaces, dental, administrative, and various support spaces. Proposer must have a current State of Oregon contractors license. The project is expected to be awarded to a CM/GC in December 2023. Preconstruction work will begin immediately.
