Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bayou Vista, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and swimming pool.

The City of Bayou Vista, Texas, hereby solicits Competitive Sealed Proposals (CPS) for the above-named project. The City of Bayou Vista (the "City") reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or waive any minor irregularities. Any contract resulting from the CSP shall be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the best value to the City. In determining the best value for the City of Bayou Vista, the City may consider: (1) the purchase price, (2) the reputation of the bidder and of the goods or services, the quality of the bidders goods or services, the extent to which the goods or services meet the City's needs, the bidder's past relationship with the City, the impact on the ability of the City to comply with laws and rules relating to contracting with historically underutilized businesses and nonprofit organizations employing persons with disabilities, the total long-term costs to the City to acquire the bidders goods or services, and any relevant criteria specifically listed herein. The bids will be reviewed by the City Administrator - City Secretary first based on the criteria above and then ranked accordingly.
