The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Demolition of existing fixtures, finishes, piping, and partitions in shower rooms as indicated in the drawings 2. Installation of new fixtures, finishes, and partitions as indicated on drawings 3. Installation of new plumbing system as indicated on drawings 4. HVAC Duct work modifications as shown on the drawings 5. Electrical demolition and construction as indicated on the drawings This project has a Enter TG/ED/VO Subcontracting Goal 3% Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), and Veteran-Owned (VO) Small Business (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goals established. Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, and Veteran-Owned small businesses that can be used to meet subcontracting goals MUST be certified by the Department of Administration, Office of State Procurement at the time of the subcontractor's work on the construction project. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor, the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since 1/1/2018 for construction of work in a correctional facility and fluid applied flooring in a shower application.
