Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Peter, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of March 28th, 2025 construction work has commenced. This project is a renovation of the Sunrise Buildings, North & West and Tomlinson Building. Project Description Adolfson & Peterson Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager for the MSOP Sunrise North, West, & Tomlinson - St. Peter project. Work will include complete demolition and remodel of the interior of Sunrise North and West wings, including exterior window replacements. Work will also include select demolition and remodel of the Tomlinson building. There will also be a little bit of sitework, as well as MEP upgrades. The intent of this RFQ process is to select subcontractors for the opportunity to be a bidding subcontractor. The scope of this RFQ includes: Project Construction Budget Approximate construction budget: $18.9M Agree to meet Targeted Group Business goals (3% If any planholder is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Plans and Specifications, submit a written request to the Architect for an interpretation of that part. Any interpretation or change will be made only by addendum numbered, dated, and issued to each planholder on record of receiving a set of documents. The CM@Risk, State, or Architect will not be responsible for any other explanations or interpretations of the documents.
