**As of April 1, 2024, the project was awarded to Allied Blacktopping, Inc. of Maple Grove, Minnesota in the amount of $3.65 per gallon for a total of $171 ,517.15.** Street Seal Coating Project The contractor will apply approximately 46,991 gallons of CRS2; the final quantity to be determined by the City based on funds available. The Contractor will supply all equipment necessary for applying the seal coat. City crews will prepare project sites; supply and load rock on contractor's trucks and clean up excess rock. Price bid shall be based on estimated gallons of asphaltic oil at the bid unit price. Contractor's personnel must be in compliance with OSHA standards including wearing all required safety equipment. All procedures and equipment will be in compliance with OSHA standards.
