Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lakeville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the installation of electrical (conduit, wiring, power supply, etc.) related to THM removal systems that will be installed at two (2) water storage tank locations. The THM removal systems themselves will be installed under separate contract. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFIs will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on December 1, 2023, at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Casey DeGraff via email: cdegraff@CPLteam.com. If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on December 5, 2023 from the office of the Engineer. Bid security is not required. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required. New York State certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) firms are encouraged to respond. All bids shall be binding for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date. The LCWSA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
