The purpose of this contract is for the Government to receive an estimate for electrical upgrades at building 213 of the Naval Support Facility (NSF) in Dahlgren, VA. Electrical upgrades at building 213 of the Naval Support Facility (NSF) in Dahlgren, VA that include, but is not limited to, new 15 kV feeders in HDPE conduits using directional boring, new concrete manholes, new medium voltage above-ground sectionalizing cabinets, new medium voltage 900 AMP SF6 pad-mounted switch gear, two (2) new secondary unit substations, consisting of medium voltage switchgears, pad mount transformers, low voltage switchgears and draw out circuit breakers, new 3000 AMP switchboard, two (2) new 2000 AMP switchboards, remote monitoring and control for new low-voltage draw out circuit breakers, new low-voltage circuit breakers, new hardstands with fusible disconnect switches, low-voltage cables, fiber optic cables, computer with monitor and software, new low-voltage wiring, conduits, new concrete equipment pads, relocate and reuse existing 1500 KVA transformer, medium-voltage terminations, low-voltage terminations, four (4) new electric meters, demo existing 2000 AMP switchboard, other items as shown in the drawings, specifications, and incidental related work.
