Site work for a mixed-use development in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The Rainbow District School Board, herein referred to as the Owner, is seeking the services of qualified Contractors to supply all labour, materials and equipment to execute the next phase of site redevelopment work planned at Redwood Acres Public School located at 4625 Carl Street in Hanmer. The Contractor shall begin work immediately after receiving written instructions to do so and shall diligently prosecute the Work of this Contract to completion on or before Friday August 30, 2024. This is based on the contract being awarded no later than Wednesday January 31, 2024.
