Renovation of an educational facility in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Contract is for the AODA Upgrades undertake miscellaneous interior renovations at the existing St. Charles Catholic Elementary School located at 26 Charlotte Avenue in Chelmsford, and Immaculate Conception Catholic Elementary School located at 1748 Pierre Street in Val Caron, in order to implement barrier-free accessibility accommodations at each school, generally consisting of the installation of new automatic operators and finish hardware, replacement of selected hollow metal doors, localized painting, and miscellaneous site work. This section shall supply and install all items, articles, operations or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled on the drawings and/or herein, including all labour, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary and required for the completion of all soil compaction on this project.
