Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Liberty, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project will involve the following: Construction of a 6-foot wide sidewalk within Fox Run Park including connections to existing neighborhood sidewalk spurs. Project includes installation of storm sewer and area intakes, construction of a concrete thickened edge playground surround, site grading and restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. The work must be substantially completed by September 4, 2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
