Site work and paving for a civil project in North Liberty, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.
Construction of West Penn Street roadway. Work includes PCC roadway paving, pavement removals subgrade treatment, pipe culvert replacement, pavement marking, signing, grading and site restoration. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The work must commence by the late start date of April 15, 2024 and must be substantially completed within 80 working day. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents: Shive-Hattery, Inc., 2839 Northgate Drive, Iowa City, IA 52245, and 319-354-3040. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and may obtain copies of Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents, including one unbound copy of the Bid Form and Bid Bond may be secured at DB Reprographics, Inc., 1207 Highland Court, Suite B, Iowa City, Iowa 52240, (319) 359-1069. There is no deposit for the plans and specifications, but there is a shipping charge (UPS) of $25.00 made payable to DB Reprographics, Inc. Bidding Documents may be viewed and ordered online at: dbreprographics.planroomdirect.com.
