**As of January 16, 2024, project was awarded to Midwest Presentations, Inc./CCS Presentation Systems Inc. awarded amount is $142,937.46** Work is generally described as Audio System Replacement at the Health Sciences Institute of Metropolitan Community College. To replace the current 11 year old system (Audio processor, paging system, amplifiers, wiring, and speakers) The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive defects and informalities in bids, to reject any or all bids, or accept any bids as may be deemed to its interest, and to award by item, a combination of items or lots, and/or to cancel this bid. MCC also reserves the right to make multiple awards All questions regarding this Bid must be directed to electronically prior to noon, November 16, 2023.
