Renovation of a multi-residential development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

As of December 7, 2023, project was awarded to Konkol Construction, but awarded amount not available. The Housing Authority of the City of Erie will receive sealed bids/proposals for the following: Floor Replacement at Various Locations Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, and equipment to complete work specified. All employees on the job site are required to wear their company picture identification at all times. All Housing Authority properties are SMOKE FREE. Work Included Contractor is to start all floors within 7 days of receipt of an address and complete in no more than 14 days. All vinyl tile floors are to receive one coat of sealer. Contractor to submit completed floors 1 day after floor has been sealed. Any necessary corrections are to be made within 5 days of being contacted in writing. Tile is to be installed per manufactures recommendation of working time for adhesive. Contractor is to use same lot number throughout unit when complete floor replacement is required of vinyl tile. Installation Shall be class A workmanship. Measurement Contractor is responsible for field measurements to ensure accurate measurement and quantity of materials. Contract is for actual square footage. No waste will be added to measurements Permits Contractor is responsible for obtaining all permits and inspections required and comply with all local, state and federal code requirements at no additional cost to owner. Warranty The warranty is to be a one-year warranty
