Scope This Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete all work specified. All employees on the job site are required to always wear their company picture identification. All Housing Authority properties are SMOKE FREE. Work Included Contractor to remove old hot water tank and replace with new NPE-240A2 Navien or approved equal. With all necessary fittings and piping. Contractor to provide electric to water heater as per electrical code. Materials 12 NPE-240A2 Navien or approved equal. ALL MATERIALS TO BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BEFORE THE START OF THE JOB. Workmanship All work shall be done by skilled mechanics. All sub contractors to be approved before start of the job. Installation Shall be class A workmanship. Warranty The warranty is to be a one-year warranty. Clean-up Contractor is responsible for cleaning and disposing of debris daily. Contractor to remove and dispose of materials being replaced. Contractor is not to give scraps to HACE employees or residents. Contractor responsible for any damage to Authority or resident property due to accident or negligence.
