The Board of Chaves County Commissioners, pursuant to and in compliance with NM State Procurement Code, hereby invites formal, price based sealed bids for selective demolition, carpentry, metal stud framing, building insulation, drywall/gypsum board installation, wood doors, hollow metal door frames, interior fixed hollow metal framed windows, painting, ceramic tile flooring, carpet/soft flooring, suspended lay-in acoustical ceilings, HVAC/sheet metal work, plumbing and electrical Contractors can meet staff in the south parking lot and you will be directed to enter through the sally port garage door to the room that will be selected for the meeting. This will take place inside the designated area that will be remodeled.
