The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide construction administration and inspection services for the new 1.57 million gallons per day (MGD) Lift Station 80 project to serve the Verdin master-planned community within the City of Phoenix. Services will include project administration services, engineering services, resident services, and special services to the construction and post-construction phases. This project site is located south of Sonoran Desert Drive and north of Cave Creek Dam in Phoenix, Arizona. Lift Station 80 will be new with a firm capacity of 1.57 million gallon per day. Work under this project encompasses the construction of a new 0.5-acre lift station facility, including a new wet well, two submersible pumps, discharge force main piping, a 15-inche gravity sewer line, biofilter odor control system, and calcium nitrate (Bioxide) odor control facility. Work also includes new dual 12-inches HighDensity Polyethylene force main piping at approximately 26,000 feet in length. The City of Phoenix reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Statement of Qualifications received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective Statements of Qualifications received.
