Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Trout Run, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Each BID, when submitted, must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" that shall be ten percent (10%) of the amount of the BID and proof of worker's compensation insurance. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. The material and workmanship shall be in accordance with Standard Specifications of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Publication 408/2016 and all supplements thereto. Bidders are advised that PA prevailing wage rates apply to this project. Lewis Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding.
