Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Trout Run, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for the construction of a 3,200-square-foot municipal facility.
Lewis Township Pavilion Project The project includes activities and materials to construct a 42' X 80' post/beam pavilion structure. After the pre-bid meeting these will be in the form of a written notice attached to an email that will be provided to all bidders . Each BID, when submitted, must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" that shall be ten percent (10%) of the amount of the BID and proof of worker's compensation insurance. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. Bidders are advised that PA prevailing wage rates apply to this project. Lewis Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding. Lewis Township is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
