All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Furnish, place and compact in accordance with Section 350 of the PennDOT 408 and as directed by the Municipality. Asphalt Binder Course, 19.0 mm Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Binder Course, PG 64S-22, < 0.3 million ESALS, 19.0 MM Mix. Furnish and place Asphalt Binder Course at the listed above compacted depth across the entire cross-section of the roadway. Asphalt Wearing Course 9.5mm Fine Grade Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Wearing Course, PG 64S-22, < 0.3 Million ESALS, 9.5 MM FG Mix, SRL-L Slag is prohibited in the mix. Furnish and place Asphalt Wearing Course material at 1" compacted depth across entire cross-section of roadway. 2A Subbase, Shoulder Back-up Furnish, place and compact 2A Subbase for shoulder back-up in accordance with Section 350 of the PennDOT 408 and as directed by the Municipality.
