Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,450-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; road / highway; road / highway; road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The building tenant improvement shall include, concrete & metal building demolition, new concrete slab, new metal framing, kitchen equipment & hoods, walk-in cooler & freezers, electrical, HVAC & Plumbing, metal roofing & metal siding replacement, insulation, storefront, doors, windows & hardware, sheetrock, stainless steel, FRP, suspended ceiling, flooring, fire sprinklers system, interior & exterior painting. The Site work scope shall include asphalt and concrete demolition, installation of water lines, sewer lines, storm drain lines and new main switch board, electrical conduits and wiring, as well as new concrete and asphalt paving, slurry seal, striping, and fencing. The District has determined the general prevailing rate to be the per diem wages for each craft or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute this contract as set forth in the collective bargaining agreements for Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced Counties, California. In addition, no contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 A valid Type B, Contractors License will be required. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening. The work shall be performed within the following time frame: (150 days) Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or doubt as to meanings shall be referred immediately to the Architect who will send written instructions clarifying such questions to each bidder.
