Reference Number 0000259570 1. Sealed proposals comprising of one copy of the attached document, completed as required. Use only this form for the submission of tenders. Use of any other format will not be accepted and will cause your proposal to be rejected. 2. Prices quoted shall be F.O.B. the location noted on page 5 section 7 and shall include all applicable Federal and Provincial taxes. 3. The Rural Municipality of Macdonald shall have the right to reject any proposal which contains any omissions, erasures, alterations and/or items not called for in the Request for Proposal Form furnished by the Rural Municipality of Macdonald. 4.The contractor shall complete both clause 6a and 6b in the Conditions and Specifications in the gravel supply contract. 6a) is for a two (2) year term; with an optional mutually agreed upon - one (1) year extension prior to December 1st of the current contract year. is for a one (1) year term; with an optional mutually agreed upon - one (1) year extension prior to December 1st of the current contract year. 5. The Rural Municipality of Macdonald shall have the right to reject any obviously unbalanced tender. The right is reserved by the Rural Municipality of Macdonald to reject the lowest, any, or all tenders, or to accept any tender which may be considered in the best interest of the Rural Municipality of Macdonald. 6. The Rural Municipality of Macdonald will not accept or receive any tenders that are faxed or emailed. 7. Each bidder will be deemed to have personal knowledge and to have informed themselves as to the actual conditions and requirements needed to fulfill the tender. 8. The Rural Municipality of Macdonald may, at its discretion, enter into negotiations to extend the contract with the chosen tender at any time. 9. Proposals received by the Rural Municipality of Macdonald will be opened by the Municipal Administration and presented to Council.
