The Manitoba Water Services Board requests your proposal for the supply and related support services for the Treatment Equipment Supply and Piloting for the RM of Macdonald Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Upgrades to be located in the RM of Macdonald, Manitoba, Canada. Upon the completion of a review of proposals received, it is the intent of the MWSB to pre-select the successful Proponent and incorporate it into the Construction Contract for the RM of Macdonald WTP Upgrades project. The Work under the Supply Contract will be performed in two phases, as further described in this RFP: Phase 1: PART A1 Shop Drawings and PART A2 Pilot Testing Work Phase 2: PART B Equipment Supply and PART C Commission and Performance Testing Work. Anticipated date of award of Construction Contract to Construction Contractor, and execution of Novation Agreement is: August 1, 2024. Anticipated date of award and signing of Supply Contract to successful Proponent is: February 9, 2024. Total Project Completion with UF/RO and Greensand Filter commissioning complete is anticipated to be: December 2025. It is the intent that the pilot testing capture the cold water conditions in the winter 2024 period. Therefore the Supplier must be able to supply the pilot within 30 days of Supply Contract award to have a pilot running in February 2024. Duration in months: 24.
