State of good repair alterations to various Long-term care facilities. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals has been issued by the owner. The consultant services required will be defined by SSLTC on a project-by-project basis. The general scope of work covered by this Request for Proposal (RFP) involves but is not limited to the following: .1 The City of Toronto intends to engage Suppliers for the design and contract administration services required, including, but not limited to, designing, preparing and submitting Regulatory and Governance based applications and approvals, field inspections, budget estimating, project cost control, tendering, contract administration, commissioning, and coordination with all parties involved for the State of Good Repair (SOGR) work assignments for the Seniors Services and Long-Term Care Division (SSLTC). .2 This Requirement for Deliverables document is to provide enough information to allow the Suppliers to understand the Architectural and Engineering scope of services. The Suppliers' firm retained through this RFP will prepare detailed documents to cover varying aspects of each assignment/project as per Seniors Services and Long-Term Care Division (SSLTC) approved annual SOGR project list. .3 Upon award the Successful Suppliers are expected to be available to respond to individual work requests within five (5) working days of request by the Division. .4 The Suppliers shall meet with the Manager Facilities Management and analyze the program requirements and description of the work assignments and advise the Manager of the need for more information, clarification and direction to develop the works. .5 The City's annual State of Goods Repair (SOGR) budget ranges between $10 million to $20 million. Please note, that this amount is only an approximation and does not reflect the total amount that will be paid to any Supplier. This amount is for information only and should not form the basis of any submission. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
