Renovation of a municipal facility in Juneau, Alaska. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Contractor shall provide professional design services to provide bid documents for replacement of and updates to atrium windows in the Juneau State Office Building located in Juneau, Alaska. Service includes 65%, 95% and CD plans, and cost estimate development for all scoped services, construction administration, and proposal assistance. Scope of design services may include, but not necessarily be limited to: removing, cleaning and replacing atrium windows; replacing window seals and flashing as needed; replacing gutters and drains; adding flashing to prevent flood and storm damage; and cleaning interior window ledges. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately December 2023 to March 2023. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Cost of these professional services is between $100,000 and $150,000.
