**As of June 17, 2025, the project was awarded to Paragon Integrated Services Group, LLC, with an awarded amount of $2,598,011.95.** This project primarily consists of dredging of approximately 11,145 cubic yards of sediment from an existing ~1.7-acre pond located at 2801 NW Green Oaks Boulevard. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $2,266,000.00 A cashier's check or an acceptable Bidder's Bond payable to the City of Arlington, Texas, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, will be required. The successful bidder shall also furnish to the City a Maintenance Bond covering defects of material and workmanship for two calendar years following the City's approval and acceptance of the construction.
