Site work and paving for a civil project in Arlington, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of March 12,2024, project was awarded to Humphrey & MortonConstruction Company, Inc., awarded amount is $5,592,947.78. Budget: $5,219,375.90 Scope of Work includes realignment and replacement of approximately 2.3 miles of existing trail within the Trinity River Floodplain. Project limits between pedestrian bridge crossing located at the west end of the park, adjacent to Greenbelt Road and the pedestrian bridge crossing located at the east end at N. Collins St. parking lot. Besides replacing, realigning, and widening of the trail, the project includes replacing the pedestrian bridge and aerial sanitary sewer crossing located at Snider Creek bridge with a new pedestrian bridge designed to sustain vehicular loads. The project also includes installation of a new pedestrian bridge crossing at another location. The scope of work includes replacing approximately 2,857 linear feet of 6-inch to 12-inch sanitary sewer mains located within the River Legacy Park. The project scope includes landscape improvements, site improvements and construction of all supporting appurtenances.
