Renovation of a civil project in Wooster, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
AS of January 18, 2024 WRRF HEADWORKS IMPROVEMENTS CONTRACT A & VERTICAL LOOP REACTOR 1 & 2 Contract B was awarded to Workman Industrial Services for the combined amount of contract A and B in the amount of $7,620,000. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same and be accompanied by a bidding bond or a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid price as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and its performance secured OR provide a contract bond for 100% of the bid amount. Replacement of the rotors in the VLR Tanks 1 and 2 with new fine bubble diffusers, mixers, a new blower, and necessary piping improvements. The Engineer s estimated construction cost for this project is $2,500,000. For Contract B, Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Wayne County and the City of Wooster, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations.
