Project Cost: The Engineer s estimated construction costs are $180,000 for Option 1; $230,000 for Option 2; and $330,000 for Option 3. Project Description: This project involves the construction of six new pickleball courts at Christmas Run Park with either asphalt (Option 1); reinforced concrete (Option 2); or non-reinforced, post-tensioned concrete (Option 3).
