The Drawings and the Project Manual, will be available from the Engineer s website: November 14, 2023 Bid deposit in the form of a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the maximum total amount of the Bid and made payable to the Town of Thomaston, Connecticut Performance and Payment Bonds, in the full amount of the Contract price, will be required of the Successful Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids The Town of Thomaston reserves the right to cancel the project if funding is not approved.
