Work under this contract is expected to begin June 1, 2024. Work under this contract is expected to be complete September 1, 2024. The City of Steamboat Springs is seeking qualified landscape irrigation contractors for the replacement of the Ski Town Park irrigation system. The system being replaced will retain the existing Points of Connections (POC's), backflow equipment, pumphouse, and will be constructed fully with High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) mainline and lateral line piping. A. The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting qualified contractors to furnish and install all necessary components to irrigate the existing Ski Town Park turf, sports fields, and landscape areas. B. The scope of this project shall include all labor, materials, removals, repairs, and permitting necessary to complete the work. This includes, but is not limited to all incidental items to this work such as water, electricity, and cleanup, as laid out in the bid schedule and specifications for this project Bonds will be required if the project value is over $50,000. Payment and Performance Bonds will be for 100% of the total value of the project. No bid bond is required. The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids
