Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- . A performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by the City will be required for the faithful performance of the contract for all construction projects in excess of $50,000. You also must submit a Bid Bond for 5% of the total cost of the bid with your bid The project schedule for work to be completed is May 1 - September 30, 2024. You must include your schedule for the work completed in your submission.
