City will issue amendment with answers by website August 2024 Start of construction October 31, 2024 Construction completion Complete engineering design for the replacement of approximately 1,900 linear feet of 6- inch and 8-inch ductile iron pipe watermain located along Alexander Way and Trouvaille Court. Preparation of construction drawings, construction specifications, special provisions, opinion of probable cost (OPC), phasing plan, and permitting, The engineering design of the watermain replacement shall be based on the current version of the City of Steamboat Springs Standard Specifications for Water and Wastewater. The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids and proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities, in the proposals received, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or qualified proposals, and to accept the bid/proposal, in whole or in part, which, in the City's judgment, best serves the interest of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens.
