The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to replace approximately 22,200 square feet of existing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof membrane on the Routt County Detention Center with EPDM membrane. The Detention Center is located at 2025 Shield Drive in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. All questions must be received, in writing, before 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time April 1, 2024 and shall be directed only to Routt County Purchasing Agent Julie Kennedy at jkennedy@co.routt.co.us. The objective is to have a fully executed Routt County Construction Contract by April 26, 2024, with the project completion by September 15, 2024.
