This Request for Qualifications is to find consultant services for a Traffic Study Consultant in Routt County. The consultant will conduct a comprehensive traffic study for the 11 miles of Routt County Road 14 (CR 14) from the southern intersection of CR 14 and CO-131 to the northern intersection of CR 14 and CO-131. The study will review the current conditions of the roadway and provide recommendations of roadway improvements to improve traffic flow and safety based on proposed developments near CR 14. This study will also review improvements to the intersection of County Road 16 and County Road 14. Routt County will provide successful consultant with current CR 14 construction documents, data, and geotechnical reports if necessary. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Question Deadline 03/26/2024 at 1:00 PM MT Routt County reserves the right to reject any or all proposal responses and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposal responses received, and to accept any portion of the proposal response whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of Routt County.
