The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional services for maintenance of the Bear River Bike Park including pump track and the medium, large, and extra-large jump lines. Spring repair and maintenance session will be completed before June 15th, 2024 and additional maintenance may be added throughout the summer as needed and as budget allows. It is the intent of the City to enter into a one year maintenance contract with the option to renew for four one year term extensions. Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment for maintenance. City will provide any necessary materials, water, pump, and hoses. The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids and proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities, in the proposals received, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or qualified proposals, and to accept the bid/proposal, in whole or in part, which, in the City's judgment, best serves the interest of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens.
