The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting interested and qualified individuals or firms to submit proposals for providing professional services as an Owner's Representative during the design and construction phases for the Childcare and Workforce Housing Building located in West Steamboat Springs, Colorado This project will include complete design/engineering for the Childcare and Workforce Housing Building to be located on state owned property adjacent to the Community Center at 1605 Lincoln Ave in Steamboat Springs. 50% Design Documents are complete and have identified the site configuration and incorporated design programming. The intent of the building would be a childcare center with workforce housing for childcare workers, CDOT plow drivers and other needs. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities, in the proposals received, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or qualified proposals, and to accept the bid/proposal which, in the City's judgment, best serves the interest of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens.
