Reference Number 0000354772 The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications is to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to provide consulting services for the design and development of plans for the replacement bridge for Bridge #916, a.k.a. Moon Hill Bridge, located on Country Road 56 north of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The objective is to have a fully executed contract by July 23, 2024.
