This Statement of Work is for construction of drainage improvements for West Belleview Avenue Over Bergen Ditch Culvert Replacement Project (Jeffco Project 05-70-13-4046) as fully set forth in the bid package. The Work will be performed per the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Bid Package includes the construction plans and specifications for the project. The construction work will include the following: The Contractor shall remove the existing Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) beneath Belleview Avenue. The Contractor shall install a Horizontal Elliptical Reinforced Concrete Pipe (HERCP) with head walls, toe walls, junction structures, and manholes. In addition, the Contractor shall perform regrading work, installation of riprap, asphalt patching, erosion control measures, and site restoration described in the project plans and specifications. The Contactor is responsible for all dewatering activities and traffic control measures necessary for the installation of the replacement structure.
