Base Bid Item: Not include any updates to sinks, countertops, or walls, but include flooring replacement next to all hallway sinks. 2. Alternate Item: - Provide (2) new sinks in a new Solid Surface Countertop with P-Lam ADA apron at four locations in the corridor. Walls to be painted. (2) mirrors to be added at each location. Reference Drawing sheets 101 and A-701. Alternate No. 2: 1. Base Bid: Not include any work in rooms 101 and 104, besides WOM-1 at exterior doors. 2.
