Reference Number 0000338442 The South Suburban Park and Recreation District ("South Suburban"), a special district, quasi-municipality and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, solicits Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ's") from highly qualified, capable contractors to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor services ("CM/GC") for the construction of a Pickleball Complex ("Project"). South Suburban and Highlands Ranch Metro District ("Metro District") are jointly planning the Project. The Project components generally include: Earthwork/grading Site utilities Retaining walls Concrete curb, gutter, flatwork, ramps, and stairs 18-20 post-tension concrete pickleball courts Private roads and parking lots Sports, pedestrian, and site lighting Shade pavilions Prefabricated restroom and storage buildings Landscaping and irrigation Site furnishings Depending on the availability of future funding, the project may be constructed in one or more phases. The overall budget for phase one construction is $5 million.
