Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Islamorada, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Islamorada, Village of Islands (the "Village"), will receive formal proposals from qualified proposers to provide the materials and services to resurface the Splash Pad at the Ron Levy Aquatic Center in Islamorada's Founders Park utilizing a safety surface designed for aquatic facilities. All inquiries and requests for clarification or interpretation regarding this Request for Proposals (the "RPF") shall be made in writing to the attention of the Procurement and Grants Administrator by mail to 86800 Overseas Highway, Islamorada, Florida 33036 or by email to mary.swaney@islamorada.fl.us no later than February 7, 2024. The project consists of resurfacing approximately 1,450 SFT of splash pad surface. The Contractor shall remove existing surface from the concrete base and install recommended safety surface designed for aquatic facilities. The need for concrete leveling, sloping and repairs prior to installation of new surfacing shall be determined upon removal of existing surface materials. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities, technical errors and formalities, and to select a qualified contractor or contractors to provide the Project as it deems will best serve the interests of the Village.
