Site Directions: Payette County Courthouse, 1130 3rd Ave N, Payette, Idaho The Project includes the following Work: Construction of HVAC system, lighting, electrical, and related improvements at the Payette County Courthouse, including Courthouse and Sheriff's office sides of the building. Bids are requested for the following Contract: PAYETTE COUNTY COURTHOUSE LIGHTING & HVAC SYSTEM UPGRADES / Contract # PC 21-0454 Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $995,000.00. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
