Renovation of an educational facility in Payette, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Payette Jt. School District # 371 hereby announces that sealed bids will be received at the Payette Joint School District Office, 1312 1st Ave. N., Payette, Idaho 83661 for a Reroof for Payette High School. Contractors wishing to submit bids must hold a current Public Works Contractors License, commensurate with the size of contract and must submit a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the additional necessary bond(s) for the faithful performance of the contract and supply the necessary insurance documents as prescribed in the contract documents. Bids received after the bid opening time will not be considered and no bidder may withdraw his bid after the bid opening time or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. The Board of Trustees of Payette Joint School District No. 371 reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids, to waive any minor irregularities, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best.
