Payette County, Idaho (Owner) is requesting Bids for the following Project: 2024 Gravel Crushing. The Project includes the following Work: Mobilization/Demobilization of a crusher and crushing activities to provide aggregate base (Type 1) and Class 4 Cover Coat Material (3/8 chips). The Contractor may select the start date after execution of an agreement provided that the start date will allow all work to be substantially complete by August 30, 2024, and ready for final payment by September 20, 2024. Work shall proceed uninterrupted after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Document Notes : Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am 5:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $150.00 for each set; non-refundable; non-transferable. Payable by cash or check only. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to HECO Engineers. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder s delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen.
