This scope of work is estimated to be between $985,000.00 to $1,075,000.00 and includes the construction of: removal of the existing roof system, repair of damaged decking, installation of new Title 24 compliant 30 year roof system and other associated improvements per bidding documents. All General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (M/E/P) Subcontractors must be pre-qualified for this project per bidding documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
